  • All Bright Solutions’ products are original, designed and handcrafted in Vietnam by local women.

Terms and Conditions

  • Retail Prices listed online for each item are inclusive of Postage and Handling charges and 10% GST.  A postage discount may be offered according to the number of items ordered. This will appear in the Checkout box if applicable.
  • Online Orders will be processed once the order and payment are confirmed via email.
  • Complete payment is due prior to shipping.  All payments are handled securely through the Eway payment gateway.
  • Delivery times are approximate only.  Bright Solutions endeavours to minimize delays but cannot guarantee exact times due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a customer requests Express postage services, they will be informed of the additional cost prior to settlement of the order account. Once payment is received, the order will be delivered using a secure express post courier.
  • Customers will be contacted individually when there is an unexpected delay in production.
  • Bright Solutions guarantees that all products purchased will be in quality condition at the time of distribution.

  • Whilst Bright Solutions’ policy is to produce and deliver products of the highest quality according to published designs, slight variations may occur due to individual workmanship or market supply of raw materials.
  • Bright Solutions constantly seeks to design and develop products.  We endeavour to keep our products as accurate as possible to the original designs. However, we do listen to all feedback and consider modifications only if a suggestion is deemed to increase overall customer satisfaction.
